If you'd like to cancel your Shen Yun Creations subscription, you can easily do it through your account settings. Just follow the steps below:
Step 1: Access Your Account
- Click the account icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- From the dropdown menu, select 'Subscription & Purchases.'
Step 2: Review Your Subscription
- You'll be taken to your subscription overview page.
- Click 'Cancel Subscription' under your current plan.
Step 3: Confirm Cancellation Intent
- A message will appear letting you know you're about to switch to a free plan.
- Click 'Confirm' to continue.
Step 4: Provide a Cancellation Reason
- You can choose the main reason for cancelling your subscription (this is optional).
- Select an option and click 'Continue.'
Step 5: Final Confirmation
- A final screen will ask you to confirm the cancellation.
- Click 'Confirm Cancel' to finish the process.
Step 6: Cancellation Complete
- You'll see a confirmation message that your subscription has been canceled.
- Your premium access will stay active until the end of your current billing period.
Important Notes:
- You can reactivate your subscription anytime by going back to the Subscription & Purchases page.
- Please note, refunds are not provided for partially used billing cycles.
